The little ruler reads. "From Williams & Hunting Co. Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Make It Your Rule To Buy Sash, Doors, Interior Finish". A very rare, unusual piece. which is from the 1930's. I have attempted to show by the photos.there are little "pins" which allow the ruler to fold and adhere to the next section.
